Major Change

AND THE MONTH OF OCTOBER FALLS UPON US. (not really coz November is comin' and it means somebody's birthday is coming!)

So much things have happened this month. From Fauzi's POP to me leaving my very first job at Cotton On. :-( so sad, so sad. :-((((

So let's begin!!!!!

So earlier this month, I went to Fauzi's POP at the floating platform at Marina Bay and I couldn't be more than happy to be there. It was my first time going there and of course, I was super curious about everything. So, their marching song came on (the starting song in Ah Boys to Men) and they were marching to the platform and I swore, every spectator, they were really trying' to spot their sons/friends on the platform. Even me. But Fauzi's company was right at the corner so it was kinda far away. So after they gave out awards to the best recruits and a speech by a guy(?) whom I forgot his name, but yeah. Then they marched out for a short while to get ready for the re-entry, there's a marching band from the SAF and they played Nobody - Wonder Girls and Rolling in the Deep - Adele (THANK GOD IT WASN'T SOME BORING ASS MUSIC, IT WILL BORE EVERYONE TO DEATH)

And then once it's over, it's the moment all recruits have been waiting for!!!! The re-entry, the BMT roar and the throwing of their jockey cap. I was so silly coz I didn't get to spot Fauzi in the sea of green men and I was looking at a Fauzi look-a-like at that time so yeah, it was..... stupid.... of me...... to look at the wrong person....... but it's okay!!!! COZ AFTER THE THROWING OF THEIR CAPS, I FINALLY SAW MY FAUZI. He didn't even realised I was there but when he looked again and saw me in the crowd, he gave the most biggest wave and smile and it makes my heart flutter. Such a cutie. So after his company exited towards the Helix Bridge, we finally can go down to see the boysssssss. So happy to see him, still got the butterflies whenever I see him.

Since Fauzi had a one week block leave, I spent most of my last kopek school holidays with my precious boy. We went to the SEA Aquarium!!!!!!

So cute, so cute, so cute. I WANNA SQUISH HIM.

Oh, and we went to Koh Nangkam for our early dinner and OMG THE GREEN CURRY THERE IS THE BEST. When I think about their green curry.......... I wanna eat there soon soon soon. This place would be one of our favourite places to go. The food is amazing, very "secluded" from the bustling and hustling of Bugis. Also, Fauzi had a 'realization' in the number "3" and he was like, "Confirm Sergeant" (and guess what, he was selected for the Sergeant course.) I had so much fun with Fauzi every single time we're out. Always. We could be just sitting down and do nothing but I love it. I enjoy his company. I love being next to him. Makes me so happy when I get to spend time with him.

I never thought this day would come so soon.............. me leaving Cotton On. It saddens me, It's like, Cotton On has been a part of me ever since Dec 2012 and now that I'm leaving, a part of me just dies. It's crazy. All the memories I had there were all wonderful (although there's drama here and there but all of us enjoyed ourselves working there.) But hey, I guess leaving is not a bad thing. I actually got a new job HAHA (that I will disclose some other time) I'm glad I get to work with the people I worked with. Those ex colleagues and the current ones. I'm glad to met so many people who've been through everything with me. Going home at 5 am and then going to USS the very next day, rack up till 3/4 am and eating McDonalds right in front of the store. These memories..... I know I won't get to experience it again but oh well. I feel blessed. Talking about this gives me these tingling feeling but it's a good one. I will miss #7910. Forever and always. Maybe, I'll be back.

And that marks my last day at Cotton On. While I was digging out all these photos from my laptop, it feels so bittersweet. I had so much fun at work, it wasn't tiring at all. When I think about it, I had really wacky hairstyles all the way from 2012 and I change my hairstyle a lot HAHAHAHAHAH sometimes I wished I could turn back the time and re-live those moments again and you know, choose my decisions well. But I'm glad of the choices I've made today so I guess, I can say, #noragrets.

And I guess, that's all from employee no. 227228 (ANOTHER REASON WHY I DIDN'T WANTED TO LEAVE WAS BECAUSE OF MY AWESOME EMPLOYEE NUMBER)

- Opinion about your body and how comfortable you are with it -

I don't really pay so much attention to my own body but if I have to pinpoint something that I'm not really a big fan of my own body, it definitely would be my THUNDER THIGHS. It's so effin' annoying when it comes to wearing pants and jeans (especially skinny) my thighs looks like two extra large hotdogs. Not good at all. But hey, I tried to change this "insecurity" of mine to wearing pencil skirts and midi skirts and maxi skirts and guess what, it compliments my body shape. So, I guess it's all about finding the right clothes to fit your own body size and I've found mine. I love midi and bodycon dresses, I can wear them everyday and they actually make me feel confident about myself.

And my legs are actually a bit longer and my torso's kinda short so yeah..... BUT I found a way to cover that up, hahahaha, high waisted jeans and crop tops are the shit. (Thank god for crop tops, I love love love love crop tops) And I'm not bragging about the part that my legs are longer blah blah blah okay! :-( A LOT of people noticed this, but I have......... a short.......... torso....... imagine if my torso were normal, I could have grew so much more HAHAHAH but I'm happy with my height so I'm gooddddd! Overall, I'm happy with the way my body looks (I should consider losing some weight hah) and I feel good. So, all is well. Everybody has flaws, just flaunt them and be confident and everything will be okay!

- Zodiac/Horoscope and if you think it fits your personality -

I used to GO CRAZY over horoscope reading. Especially, in magazines, they have a page just for horoscope (and I was gullible when I was younger....... so I believed every single thing they stated.) To be honest, I still think that some traits of a Saggitarius do have something in common with myself so I'm just gonna state some that I think that's "me"

  • They are open-mined and not overly sensitive, and therefore, when criticised, they listen to the feedback carefully, evaluate the comments, make some notes in their minds and try to bring changes if they think are needed. They always want to better themselves.
  • The Sagittarius women live in the present moment and would not like to be in situations where they have to compromise on their freedom. They would like to be independent, both financially and emotionally.
  • The Sagittarius women want to rush everything through immediately, and hence, their anger flare up even over minor hurdles and temporary delays. Their restlessness, in excess, can cost them dearly at times.

Enthusiastic and Happy

Those with the sun sign Sagittarius often appear enthusiastic and happy; that's because they usually are. Unless otherwise afflicted in the chart, these friendly ladies tend to be happy to meet, greet and interact with others on a social level.

Cool, huh? I always have this happy-go-lucky personality so I always believed in this point. From the very beginning. I'm rarely sad and you can probably hear the goofy Syahirah every day. My laugh's kinda deep BUT it's okay. I love to meet new people, I love talking. When it comes to criticism. I do listen...... and I try my best to better myself. (except when I'm getting criticism from Fauzi, HAHAHAHAAH) and I'm a rusher, I rush my way through everything. I do things fast. Even walking. I'm ALWAYS punctual and I take punctuality as something important (Fauzi is usually the late one, don't deny.) Do I get angry when people are late? I do but once everyone is present, I'm back to the happy-go-lucky girl. So, yes, I actually agree to some.

It's a very lengthy post this month coz I have so much to say hehe, till next time guyssssssss
